Michael Mann's directorial debut is a stylish heist film starring a brusque James Caan. Worth it for the extensive heist sequences given a high-tech edge by the futuristic Tangerine Dream soundtrack.

There are also films that due to the their popular appeal have been overlooked for critical analysis.

I like to watch Hollywood, Foreign, Indie, Cult, and Genre films and give my best attempt at an unbiased opinion. In interest of full disclosure, some biases that I have would be: beautiful women, rock and roll, and good storytelling.
